Beyond Fear shares movement and meditation practices to help you build boundaries and open up to uncertainty.
Deep changes happen slowly. Beyond Fear is not about quick fixes, but sincere practice.
The lessons include work on strength, acrobatics and intuition, all at an accessible level.
Every lesson is accompanied by a lecture, held on the Sunday of the lesson release.
This course will run from the 1st of December for twelve weeks.
The course is held on CIRCLE.SO. Here, you will receive a new lesson every three weeks.
You are recommended to take 2-4 hours per week to practice the lessons.
